Asanga Gamage
Chief Executive Officer
Asanga Gamage has over 25 years of professional experience in the insurance industry, specializing in insurance operations, corporate sales, underwriting, and strategic management. He began his career in 2000 and has held several senior leadership positions across reputed organizations in Sri Lanka.
He has held key roles including Head of Operations at DS Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd and leadership positions at Union Assurance General Ltd and Daya Sarana Insurance Brokers, where he gained extensive exposure in claims management, risk assessment, client relationship management, and business development. He has also been responsible for managing large corporate portfolios and driving operational excellence across organizations.
Asanga holds an MSc in Strategic Marketing from Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK) and a Diploma in Insurance. He is currently further enhancing his professional qualifications at the Sri Lanka Insurance Institute (SLII).
He is a member of the Sri Lanka Insurance Institute (SLII) and the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (MSLIM), bringing strong industry knowledge, leadership, and strategic insight to the insurance broking sector.
